Return Policies
Lotts To Scrap About is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will do everything possible to see that you are taken care of.  Because of the type of products we sell, returns are not accepted. 

Customer Satisfaction and Guarantee 
Lotts To Scrap About takes pride in our product and customer satisfaction.  We package and ship thousands of kits each year, but understand that occasionally mistakes happen.  If you receive a kit that is missing items, please contact us at info@lottstoscrapabout.com and we will take care of it as soon as possible. 

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Lotts To Scrap About is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For orders over $75, we offer FREE shipping within the contiguous United States.

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of your order.  Everything is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and should arrive within 2-3 business days after it has been shipped.  You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

International Shipping:  You will pay actual shipping costs, no free shipping is offered on International Orders.  All orders will be shipped with 2-3 business days of your order.  Everything is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International Service and should arrive 6-10 business days after it has been shipped.  You will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your package.

We offer in-store pick-up for our local customers. I am at 1285 W 3150 N in Pleasant Grove and am available Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.  Call me at (801) 318-7757 and arrange a time for pick-up.
